G'mornin, it feels like it will be good. I'm doing really good, I've adapted the right frame of mind, and I'm just trying to stay focused and keep my eyes on the prize *looks in full length mirror and smiles* :D hehe. I can feel little differences, see more prominence in my chest/shoulder area. I can't WAIT to get into the 220s!! I'm sooo excited for that. 220s sounds soo much better!! The all time LOWEST weight I can remember achieving, way back when I was dating Nep, was 227. I haven't been lower than 227 in years and years... and I really want to change that. My first "BIG" goal, is 225. Whenever I get there... wow... just wow!!!! is how I'll feel!!
