One week done! Thus officially begins week two. One week, 7 lbs. That's *awesome.* I'm really happy. I'm exercising every day, I'm drinking tons of water, eating light meals... and the temptation for food just for the sake of tasting something good is GONE. I don't wanna binge, I don't wanna eat bad, I feel amazing. Just amazing. I have an exam today and a job interview today. I am gunna stay positive all da y long!
