Woohoo, hit my 15 lb goal today!! Awesomesauce hehe. 230s don't sound nearly as fat as 240s... soo I gotta keep making that number go down! I had a baked potato last nite and at first I felt bad, but I realized I did everything I could to keep that a relatively "healthy" meal: I didn't DROWN it in butter, I LIGHTLY sprinked it with cheese, and I picked the smallest potato.
Let's see... I've been drinking plenty of water, I've been exercising consistently; I got kinda emo over Jesse last nite (bleh.) and instead of sulking in my bed, I put on some energetic music and exercised for half an hour. Maybe that was just the boost I needed to lose that pound and get back into the 230s =) I'm gonna do this! I AM doing this. And I'm gunna be so proud of myself.
