Ugh, picked out with Justin last night on sushi. They said misery loves company, apparently sushi loves more sushi in my tummy. I even said to him "My mouth is still hungry but my tummy is not x_x" and I kept eating and eating. It was a moment of weakness, but at the same time, it wasn't. I could've stopped earlier, but I allowed myself to have a good time. I just have to get back on track today. Which is exactly what I'm gonna do. I'm debating if I should do Ana or Atkins; I told Trish yesterday I was thinking of doing two weeks of Ana, two weeks of Atkins, and seeing what happened. I think there would be initial weight gain from the transiton, and I would have to brace myself for that... Then I think it might be really effective. We'll see. I might just fast mostly today to get off the sushi weight, haha.
Update** So, I AM gonna try Atkins today, see how that works out. Again, remember you MIGHT gain a little weight tomorrow, but it's okay, and it will come off quick.
